The Service

All users must first create an account with us before they are able to purchase or download any if the goods or services which we offer here at www.webwhisperers.co. This includes the purchase and download of our e-learning content, as well as booking virtual learning sessions with our website development specialists. Our website, our products and our services are operated by KHAZANOVA STRATEGIC EXPERIENCES, with offices located on the 6th floor of Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

Consultancy Services

The consultancy services on www.webwhisperers.co can be booked online through the website and are available in one-hour slots. Our consultancy sessions start at $30.00 per hour, and all customers will need to pay this amount upfront if they want to request a call with one of our consultants.

All customers that request a call and accept one from one of our consultants will then also agree that they will be bound by these terms and conditions. All customers also agree to pay for all of the time which they have used it for.

Please be advised that while the price is $30.00 per hour, customers will only be charged for the time that they have used. For example, if a session is booked for a consultant for an hour and a half then the customer will only be charged for a half hour session.

When you agree to take a call from one of our consultants then you are entering into a contract with www.webwhisperers.co which is represented by yourself or your company or organisation.

When we are working on customers with specific development projects, we may need to ask some of our customers to provide us with certain information in advance. This could include any relevant information about the company which could be needed in order for our consultants to carry out their work. All company information will be treated confidentially at all times.

On projects customers will be given the opportunity to review the projects throughout each stage of the project’s development. They will be able to provide feedback, as well as keep track of all the development timelines in order to ensure that the overall project is running to deadline.

For all websites these will not go live until they have been given authorisation by the customer and all final invoices have been settled between all parties.

Please kindly note that in the event that the customer does not provide payment in a timely manner this will result in an immediate cancellation of the services.

Payments

All of the e-learning materials which are for sale on the website are able to be purchased online through the site www.webwhisperers.co and all payments are processed through a secure and third party platform.

Customers need to pay for the content in full before they are able to download, view or use it. Once payment has been received and processed then the content will be sent to the customer.

The prices for all of the e-learning materials are clearly displayed in the shop but the prices for all of the content varies. The final price of purchase will be confirmed on the customer’s final invoice.

All bills for all goods including e-learning materials as well as consultancy services will be sent electronically to the customer using the email address which is associated with their account.

WEBWHISPERERS, UAE is what will appear on bank statements when these payments have been processed.

Delivery

There are no physical products for sale on www.webwhisperers.co therefore all of the deliveries are digital and there are no shipping or handling fees.

As soon as the payment has been received and processed then the customer will be emailed a link to the goods.

All calls with consultants will be arranged via video conferencing software with an invitation sent to the customer as soon as one of our consultants has confirmed it in their dairies.

Terminations and refunds

Please kindly note that we have a strict 14 days return policy which we will only be able to accept if the product which has been emailed to you is the wrong one to the one that you ordered. It is not likely that this will happen, but if it does please do promptly inform us in writing and we will review this for you.

Customers may cancel their account on www.webwhisperers.co at any time by simply deleting it. Any customers found to be violating these terms and conditions will have their account immediately removed by us and their future access to the website blocked without further notice.

Guidelines for digital content

As soon as a customer has paid for the content which they have purchased on www.webwhisperers.co then the ownership rights of this content is transferred to the customer. When customers download digital content such as Audiobooks and eBooks they are transferred a temporary non-transferable license to use and consume this content for their personal use only. It is not permitted for customers to then use any of this material to create unauthorised digital copies, give any digital copies to any third parties or otherwise adapt the content in any way which is possible and then republishing it.

Liability

The website www.webwhisperers.co does not accept any liability for the potential of losses of earnings that is experienced by a business when a new website that has been created by us is launched.

In the unlikely event that a website needs to be taken off line soon after it has been launched for any maintenance services then the company will also not be liable for any losses experienced during the time when the website is off line.

The website www.webwhisperers.co also does not accept liability for any missed deadlines or launched dates which includes if there has been a delay in the customer providing the information that is required in order for the consultants to complete their terms of business.
